American professional basketball player Kevon Looney plays for the NBA’s Golden State Warriors. After having surgery on both of his hips, Looney’s playing time as a rookie with Golden State was constrained. He missed most of their championship run in the playoffs the following season due to an injured left hip. He finally got fit in 2017–18 and started playing regularly for the Warriors as an undersized center, which helped them win a second consecutive title. With Golden State, he captured his third championship in 2022.
