The head coach of the National Football League’s Carolina Panthers is former quarterback and current American football coach Frank Reich. In the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills selected him from Maryland’s collegiate football program. While Reich supported Jim Kelly for the majority of his career, he rose to prominence as he guided the Bills to the biggest postseason comeback in NFL history in the 1992–93 playoffs.

After his playing career ended, Reich started coaching in the NFL. He worked as an assistant from 2008 to 2017, and he was the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LII when they won their first championship. He led the Indianapolis Colts to two postseason appearances during his tenure as head coach from 2018 to 2022.

Frank and Reich were married back in 1987 after dating for some time while working together. They had three daughters together and lived as a happy family always. Now they become grandparents and enjoy their parenthood towards their daughters and granddaughter.

Frank was born on 4 December 1961 in Freeport, New York, United States to parents Frank Reich Sr. and Pat Reich. His father was a former football player and played football as a center and linebacker for Penn State Nittany Lions from 1953 to 1955. Later, his father became a teacher and a football coach at Lebanon High School. Frank was always close to his parents and his parents also supported him in his life and career. Frank gives credit to his parents for being a good player and coach in his football career.

Frank is not the only child of his parents as he has a brother named Joe Reich. Joe is also a former NFL player and played for 14 seasons. He is a Head Football Coach for the Wingate University team Wingate Bulldogs.

After a successful Career in NFL as a quarterback, Frank begins his career as a coaching instructor. HE was coaching Inter for Indianapolis Colts from 2006 to 2007. He was promoted to an offensive coaching staff assistant in 2008. Frank became the official quarterback coach after Tony Dungy retired as a head coach and Jim Caldwell took over as a head coach and Frank was promoted to Jim’s place.

Frank was a wide receivers coach for the Arizona Cardinal in 2012. Later, he was fired by San Diego Chargers in 2013. While he was with the Chargers he was promoted to offensive coordinator till Jan 2016. On 20 Jn 2016, he was hired by Philadelphia Eagles as an offensive coordinator.

Frank joined Indianapolis Colts once again in 2018 as a new head coach. Under Frank’s coaching Colts won several games in his tenure but later, team instability and underperformance gave disappointing results. Colts released Frank as head coach position on 7 November. Right after being released from Colts Frank got the opportunity and joined Carolina Panthers as a head coach in January 2023.
