Adele and Paul first met in 2003 and got married in February 2009.
Adele stated, “As a jockey’s wife you’ve got to be so understanding.” in an interview with Racing Post.
“It’s out of your hands and there’s not a lot you can do about it. It massively helps that I understand what it’s like.
“Even though I’m not a jockey anymore I still work in the industry and know what you’ve got to do to succeed in your job.

“Without a doubt, it’s Scarlett,” Adele said when asked about her proudest accomplishment to Living North East.
“With Paul and I having such hectic schedules, she’s had to be independent, and she’s such a great kid.
“She wants to get into pony racing so, who knows, we might have another jockey in the family.”
