Where is Odell Beckham Jr.? Latest news, rumors for NFL free Agency

Odell Beckham Jr. is at SoFi Stadium tonight to watch the Los Angeles Rams, and Buffalo Bills kick off the NFL season, which is not surprising.

Odell Jr A Free Agent

In Super Bowl LVI in February, Beckham scored a touchdown on the same field to help the Los Angeles Rams defeat the Cincinnati Bengals. Unfortunately, he tore his ACL as well during the game, preventing him from beginning the 2022 season in good shape.

Beckham is still an unsigned free agent as a result. According to reports, the Rams want him back, and Von Miller, a former colleague of his in Los Angeles, has been wooing him to Buffalo.

Odell Beckham To Choose- Bills Or Rams!

Odell Jr was seen at the Los Angeles Rams vs. Buffalo Bills NFL season kickoff on Thursday night. Alongside retired left tackle Andrew Whitworth. Beckham raised the team’s Super Bowl LVI banner while also carrying the Lombardi Trophy.

Naturally, there has been a strong push for Beckham to sign with the Rams once again, but the pass catcher has not yet done so. But it’s important to point out that he was wearing Rams gear when he went to SoFi Stadium. Is that a tribute to the victorious team he played on in 2021 or a hint of a future signing?

Odell Beckham Jr., a wide receiver, experienced something of a comeback in 2021 after the Rams signed him after the Browns dismissed him. In eight games with the Rams, Beckham caught 27 receptions for 305 yards, but the playoffs were where he really made an impression, hauling in 25 passes for 316 yards and two scores, including nine catches for 117 yards in the NFC Championship Game against the 49ers.

Beckham appeared to be in great shape for the Super Bowl matchup with the Bengals. Early on, he caught two catches for 52 yards and a touchdown. However, an ACL tear ended his free agency as well as his career. Beckham still doesn’t have a team as the NFL regular season approaches, but we can guess the team he will end up choosing!

Odell’s Injury And Returning Dates

During the second quarter of the Super Bowl versus the Bengals, Beckham sustained an ACL tear without making contact with the ground. He has previously suffered from a ruptured ACL, which occurred in 2020.

The accident happened when Beckham botched a short pass against Cincinnati in the first half. In the play, he instantly collapsed to the ground and gripped his knee.

Beckham, who was visibly moved by the Rams’ victory, joined the team in its celebration at the end of the game.

Although there is no set date for Beckham’s return from his injury, November seems to be the earliest likely return. It’s difficult to imagine anyone rushing to get him back onto the field at the age of 29, especially since this is his second ACL injury in the knee.
