What Did Bills QB Josh Allen Said: Taylor Swift Or J.R. Smith?
In prime time, LeBron James, Bobby Wagner, and Jamal Adams were among the names Allen shouted out. NFL fans were also a little confused at one point when Buffalo called an audible that some thought was for Taylor Swift.
In the first quarter of the Bills’ 24-18 victory over the Buccaneers on “Thursday Night Football,” quarterback Josh Allen was heard making an audible call before to a play.
Josh Allen actually called a Taylor Swift audible call… 😆

Allen was heard shouting a new call to his team during the second-and-10 play, maybe “Taylor Swift.”
Theoretically, it may make sense, considering her current level of prominence in the football community and her relationship with Travis Kelce.
Some fans, however, were certain that the Bills’ signal-caller was calling out the name of J.R. Smith, a former guard for the Knicks and 2016 NBA champion with the Cavaliers.
Now the Bills and Josh Allen have dedicated a play to Taylor Swift.
She’s really is taking over the league, and of course, with the help of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. They are a formidable duo, a power couple, and the greatest of our generation!! 💙

According to Andrew Siciliano of the NFL Network, Allen explained his audible call after the game and stated that he had indeed uttered “J.R. Smith” while altering the play at the line of scrimmage.
Since Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship has been in the news lately in the NFL, some fans seemed to be thinking about the pop music sensation throughout Thursday night’s game, confusing the former Cavaliers guard’s name for the well-known singer.
Josh Allen clarified the audible was J.R. Smith, not Taylor Swift.

Though some were well established, others were already challenging the terms.
One person commented, “Is Josh Allen saying Taylor Swift or J. R. Smith?”
Another person asked, “Did Josh Allen say Taylor Swift or Junior Smith is gonna be the new black or blue dress discourse debate?”
