“We’ll Get Back to Work”: Tom Brady Not Happy With His Performance vs Dallas Cowboys, But Praises Teammates

There was a lot of expectation for the Buccaneers’ season opening, and they did not disappoint. Throughout the contest, Tom Brady and the team played brilliantly. The team made a statement and demonstrated absolute domination over the Cowboys in their opening game.

It appears, though, that the Pharaoh is dissatisfied with his performance and is working to make both himself and the bugs better. Tom Brady has played well in several contests. It wasn’t one of them on Sunday night. Prior to his age-45 season, Brady had contributed to 278 victories, including those in the playoffs, and he did enough to help the Tampa Bay Buccaneers win one more.

By a score of 19-3, the Buccaneers defeated the Cowboys. Tampa Bay defeated Dallas in the first game of the Prime Time season for the second time. Brady, though, expressed some unhappiness with his plays during the post-game press conference.

Tom Brady not happy with his game despite big win

Tom Brady said: “It was great. You know, run game defense, that’ll win you a lot of games in the NFL, so I was very happy to see that line play the way they played. The backs played great, receivers made a lot of great plays. It didn’t finish in a red era. I threw a bad interception, so a lot of room for improvement, so we’ll get back to work. Got a huge game this week going against one of the tough teams in the league and a really well-coached team, but uh, good win but a long, long season.”

Despite playing poorly, the Buccaneers defeated the Dallas Cowboys in their matchup. There have been and most likely will be a lot of games when Brady leads the club to victory. The running game and defense were key factors in the 19-3 victory on Sunday night.

Each victory has equal value. Tom Brady wasn’t fantastic, but he wasn’t bad either. He made 212 yards of throws. Brady’s offseason was unusual since he retired for 40 days before taking an 11-game break during training camp.
