Although Injuries are awful, they are a reality in professional sports. Of course, they are also a part of betting and fantasy sports. In both cases, they have the potential to determine weekly victories and losses. Even though the 2022 season is still in its early stages, Week 1, there are already injured players. Some players are recovering from injuries sustained during the 2021 season, while others are making progress following knocks sustained during the winter.

Injuries to the Baltimore Ravens- Ja’Wuan James
Against the New York Jets, OT Ja’Wuan James tore his Achilles. He has carried off the field in the second quarter with an ankle injury in Week 1 itself.
“It’s a little bit of a different tear; it’s off the bone,” Ravens coach John Harbaugh. “It’s not the one that is mid-tendon. He says he’s in a way better place than he was last time, and he’s determined to come back in time.”

Injuries to the Cincinnati Bengals Tee Higgins
Due to a concussion, wide receiver Tee Higgins was unable to play against the Steelers. Entered the NFL concussion protocol, and it’s uncertain if they’ll be available for Week 2.

Injuries To Dallas Cowboys
Dak Prescott, the quarterback, suffered an injury to his throwing hand during Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers, necessitating surgery. Prescott is anticipated to take off several weeks.
Let’s hope he recovers as its Week 1 only. Both safety Jayron Kearse (knee) and offensive lineman Connor McGovern (ankle) exited the game and did not come back.

Injuries to the Green Bay Packers
Against the Minnesota Vikings, offensive lineman Jon Runyan Jr. concussed himself. Additionally hurt were linebacker Krys Barnes (ankle), cornerback Keisean Nixon (shoulder), and linebacker Quay Walker (shoulder).
Matt LaFleur on Krys Barnes: "We avoided a significant injury."
And Quay Walker will have a chance to play in Week 2.

Kansas City Chiefs Injuries
With an ankle injury, placekicker Harrison Butker momentarily left the game versus Arizona. Before Butker came back, the Chiefs’ safety Justin Reid handled the kicking responsibilities and
converted one extra point. To audition for the position of Butker’s replacement, Tristan Vizcaino went to the Chiefs this morning.
As Harrison Butker deals with an ankle injury, the #Chiefs are signing former #Jets kicker Matt Ammendola to the practice squad, per source.
If Butker can’t go, it’ll be Ammendola kicking against the #Chargers on Thursday night.

The following Raiders players exited the game against the LA Chargers: cornerback Anthony Averett (thumb), safety Tre’von Moehrig (hip), running back Brandon Bolden (hamstring), wide receiver DJ Turner (ankle), and linebacker Denzel Perryman (ankle)
Keenan Allen Los Angeles Chargers Injuries
This is painful. Due to a hamstring injury, wide receiver number one Keenan Allen was unable to play against the Raiders and is highly likely to miss week two’s Thursday Night Football.

Miami Dolphins Injuries Austin Jackson
Austin Jackson, an offensive lineman, hurt his ankle during the New England Patriots game. Due to a head injury, tight end Cethan Carter was ruled out.
Minnesota Vikings Injuries
CB Andrew Booth left the game against the Green Bay Packers after suffering a quad injury.
New England Patriots Injuries
Against the Dolphins, QB Mac Jones had a back injury. Jones’ post-game X-rays were negative, and he will now be subject to more testing, according to NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero. Adrian

Pittsburgh Steelers Injuries Najee Harris – Watt
Pass rusher T.J. for the Steelers Najee Harris hurt his foot against the Bengals, while Watt had a pectoral injury in the second half. After all, it appears that Harris’ ailment is more of a recurrence of his lisfranc injury from the preseason than a major setback. Levi Wallace at cornerback and Mason Cole at center both had ankle injuries.St.

San Francisco 49ers Injuries – Elijah Mitchell
Elijah Mitchell, a running back, was out versus the Bears due to a knee injury. He will be out for the next eight weeks due to a sprained MCL. Jeff Wilson Jr. time has arrived in San

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Injuries Chris Godwin- Donovan Smith
Both offensive tackle Donovan Smith and wide receiver Chris Godwin both got injured vs the Cowboys .

Phidarian Mathis, a rookie defensive lineman was carried into the locker room after suffering a knee injury versus Jacksonville. He was disqualified. Wes Schweitzer, an offensive lineman, suffered a knee injury.
