“We Beat Them”: Bucks Star Giannis Antetokounmpo Picks Luka Doncic and Joel Embiid in His Team to Face LeBron James and Stephen Curry’s Team
The NBA is no longer an all-American league, with the recent influx of international talent. The league MVPs from the previous four seasons, which were won back-to-back by superstars like Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic, are a clear illustration of this. How Hungry Are You? is a YouTube program hosted by Serge Ibaka. He asked one of the finest players in the world and two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo to kick off Season 5.
Giannis is in a strong company in the NBA when it comes to international talent. The Greek Freak was asked to list his starting fives from both foreign countries and Americans who were born abroad on the most recent episode of “How Hungry Are You?” with Serge Ibaka.

“We beat them! Who’s gonna guard Embiid? Adebayo? Okay, that makes sense. Who’s gonna guard Jokic, and who’s gonna guard me?” Giannis said.
Because of the inflow of international talent over the past few years, the NBA’s talent level is at its highest point ever. The four have been shared between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic, with Giannis winning in 2019 and 2020 and Jokic taking home the remaining two.
Serge Ibaka: "Do you feel like you are the face of the league?"
Giannis: "No. LeBron is still playing. Steph just won a championship. KD is still hooping. Embiid is killing. Jokic back-to-back MVP. Luka Magic. There's a lot of people out there."pic.twitter.com/N8yXEooIsh

With Giannis and Luka Doncic now in the lead for the award, it appears that we will see an international player win MVP for the fifth year in a row. Discuss a heavyweight fight. The foreign team matches up well at the other four positions, but the Americans have a significant advantage at shooting guard.
