Vince Russo Divulges Private Conversation With Female WWE Star on AEW Co-Owner Tony Khan
Pro wrestlers have found AEW to be a respectable option for WWE, despite the fact that it appears Tony Khan’s organization pays its female employees less than their male counterparts. Women in All Elite Wrestling don’t receive competitive pay, a female wrestler reportedly told Vince Russo.
The most recent episode of Writing with Russo focused on how Jade Cargill could be used creatively on the main roster in light of her rumored transfer to World Wrestling Entertainment. In a perfect world, Tony Khan wouldn’t have wanted to split ways with Cargill, one of the most well-known figures in the AEW’s women’s division.

When discussing AEW contracts, Vince Russo claimed to have had a secret meeting with a female WWE performer who revealed a significant fact regarding Tony Khan, as you can see in the video below:
“I’m going to say this, bro. I don’t know if this is true or not, but I will tell you this. A current female member of the WWE roster told me this, okay? Because I guess some women in WWE have put their toe in the water, and they told me, bro, believe this or not, when it comes to the female wrestlers, Tony Khan does not pay the females well.” [2:55 – 3:20]
