Demand letters acquired by TMZ Sports allege that UFC superstar fighter Conor McGregor, 34, sexually assaulted a lady after Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat.

Following the Nuggets’ 108-95 victory over the Heat at Kaseya Center on June 9, the letters, sent by attorney Ariel Mitchell, claim that McGregor “violently” sexually attacked a lady in a men’s toilet.

Security forbade [the lady] from leaving or letting anybody else, including her companion, use the restroom. After that, according to Mitchell’s letter, McGregor reportedly exited a handicapped stall “and shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her.”

The lady allegedly used the excuse that she had to urinate to get McGregor away from her, according to the letter. As a result, McGregor reportedly forced her to have oral sex. Then, allegedly, he pushed her against the bathroom wall in an effort “to sodomize her.”

The lady allegedly got away by repeatedly elbowing McGregor.

However, representatives for McGregor stated in a statement early on Thursday that the “allegations are false.”

Barbara R. Llanes, of Gelber Schachter & Greenberg, P.A., counsel for Conor McGregor, tells TMZ Sports “The claimant’s counsel has revised the claimant’s account after the TMZ video was broadcast. Mr. McGregor welcomes the probe because he is confident it will disprove the accusations made against him.

In the video, McGregor, who is dressed in a black T-shirt, can be seen leaving a bathroom. He then approaches a woman who is wearing a white T-shirt and they appear to have a brief conversation.

Then, while guys who seemed to be security personnel helped clear a passage to the restroom, McGregor guides the woman through the mob.

Once inside, it seemed as though three males were obstructing access to the restroom by standing in front of the entrance.

After the footage was made public and the charges were refuted, McGregor’s reps released a statement calling them “no more than a shakedown.”

In a statement released on Friday, McGregor’s agents claimed that the woman’s attorney used media pressure after a demand for money was turned down.

But it doesn’t seem like anyone is pushing her into the restroom with Conor in the video.

Mitchell said that her client recorded a selfie video with McGregor while out partying; TMZ apparently got a hold of this footage.

Mitchell claims that when McGregor said he wanted to use the toilet, a guy wearing a Denver Nuggets jersey approached her client and stated, “Conor told me to come get you.”

“My client was under the belief they were leaving and going to the Four Seasons Hotel, as Conor had previously asked her to join him at his hotel room,” Mitchell said in a statement.

“The man with the braids then stopped at the door of the bathroom, when Conor grabbed my client (as seen in the video). My customer thought they were departing, but Conor took her into the restroom.

“My client remembers having no less than six drinks that night and has admitted the parts she recalls. My client did not even recall who led her into the restroom until seeing this video.”

Whose side of the story is true will soon be out after the investigation!
