After the Giants won the postseason series, the partying continued in head coach Brian Daboll’s Gatorade bath. Linebacker Jihad Ward invited fans inside the locker room at MetLife Stadium shortly after the Giants destroyed the Colts on Sunday, 38-10, stamping their ticket to the postseason for the first time since 2016. There, he and his teammates let free. The New York Giants easily defeated the Indianapolis Colts 38-10 to clinch their spot in the playoffs.

New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones scored two touchdowns via the air and two more through the ground as New York made its first postseason appearance since 2016. The additional day off will be greatly appreciated by Giants’ defensive end Jihad Ward and probably many other New York players and supporters.

New York Giants celebrate after sealing place in post-season

Ward discussed his plans for celebrating the Giants’ victory over the Colts, which secured their first playoff berth since 2016, during an Instagram Live from the Giants locker room at MetLife Stadium.

“I’m getting drunk,” the 28-year-old Ward said during an Instagram Live.

After five consecutive losing seasons and underwhelming play, head coach Brian Daboll’s first season brought about a significant turnaround. But the Giants’ 9-6-1 record and playoff berth are thanks to Saquon Barkley’s comeback and an improving defense.

Daboll received a Gatorade dousing in jubilation, as is customary when New York Giants advances to the playoffs.

Daniel Jones had a spectacular performance on Sunday, tossing for two touchdowns and adding two more on the ground before being given the game’s last cheer in the fourth quarter.
