UNC’s Paxson Wojcik caught in whirlwind Kylie Jenner dating speculation

After Paxson Wojcik, a guard for UNC, was questioned regarding an unfounded report that claimed Kylie Jenner had sent him a direct message during March Madness, he found himself in a difficult situation.

In an interview given after one of the Tar Heels’ victories in the NCAA Tournament last week, Wojcik—who has a non-exclusive deal with SKIMS, the apparel company started by Jenner’s elder sister Kim Kardashian—seemed to be open to the idea of being associated with Jenner.

TMZ was able to secure a video of the reporter asking, “What do you have to say about rumors that Kylie slid into your DMs?”

With a smile, Wojcik, 23, added, “I can’t speak on it either. No comment. Hey, we’re out to LA next week, though.”

The reporter then made a joke, saying, “And you know what, the Jenners live in LA.”

Laughing, Wojcik turned back to the camera and replied, “No comment.”

The reporter stated in the video that “there was a story going on social media” claiming that Jenner, who is presently dating actor Timothee Chalamet, had messaged Wojcik. Nevertheless, that claim has never been made in any prior report.

When questioned about it, Wojcik’s teammate also said, “no comment.”

The senior guard’s manager termed Jenner’s statement unsuitable on Monday, confirming that his client had not communicated with her.

According to TJ Beisner, Wojcik “has not spoken with Kylie,” and the UNC security officer “now realizes he was inappropriate with his joking,” as reported by TMZ.

According to people with knowledge of the matter, Jenner never got in touch with Wojcik, the source reported.

Ahead of the 2024 NCAA tournament, Wojcik, Donovan Clingan of UConn, Hunter Dickinson of Kansas, Robert Dillingham of Kentucky, Caleb Love of Arizona, and Jared McCain of Duke were among the six basketball players featured in Kardashian’s SKIMS All-Stars campaign, which she unveiled last month.

Along with a picture of himself and Travis Scott, the father of Jenner’s 6-year-old daughter Stormi and 2-year-old son Aire, which was taken in October when the rapper surprised the UNC men’s basketball team during a practice at Dean Smith Center, Wojcik shared the SKIMS photos on his Instagram page.
