UFC 300’s Aljamain Sterling discusses intimate details: “I’m addicted to a couple of things. Sex is one of them”
This is the weekend that Aljamain Sterling sets out to find featherweight gold.
This weekend in Las Vegas, on a packed UFC 300 show, the former men’s bantamweight champion finally steps up in weight.
Sterling won’t have to make the difficult cut down to 135 pounds on fight night, so even though he will be larger, his cardiovascular endurance will benefit.

That will also be enhanced by the extra cardiovascular work he does in bed, which he acknowledges as one of his “addictions”.
“The Funkmaster” admitted to SunSport: “I’m addicted to a couple of things. Sex is one of them. Me and my lady, we go at it.”
The 34-year-old Sterling is also dependent on Jamaican food.
The New Yorker also mentioned: “I definitely like Jamaican food. I love me some good Jamaican food.

“But other than that, food – I like drinking, That’s a guilty pleasure of mine.
“And taking my old lady to pound town.”
Sterling spends his time selling houses when he’s not honing his choke technique or hanging out with his fiancée Rebecca Cruz.

Al Iaquinta, Aljamain Sterling’s close buddy and former UFC fighter, became a registered realtor in 2014 and pushed Sterling to get his license as well.
In 2017, the former substitute teacher obtained his real estate license, preparing for a career away from fighting.
In an argument with trolls on X, Sterling recently defended his real estate work.
