Tyreek Hill In Trouble: Two Women Claimed That He Is The Father Of Their Child

According to The Daily Mail, which cited court documents filed in Florida, Tyreek Hill, the receiver for the Miami Dolphins, has been sued separately by two women who each assert he is the father of their child, both of whom were born in 2023.

The All-Pro NFL player is being sued by Brittany Lackner, 30, and Kimberly Baker, 29, for allegedly failing to provide enough for the children he allegedly conceived with them. According to court documents, they are asking for more child support than the $2,500 monthly he currently pays each of them.

The two cases, which were brought in Broward County independently, are still pending.

In a Texas courtroom last month, Hill wed Keeta Vaccaro.

The month before, Lackner claimed to have had intercourse with Hill in Florida in 2022. On February 7, 2023, she gave birth to her son, Soul Corazon Hill.

Recalling that a pregnancy paternity test had established that 29-year-old Hill was the father “with greater than 99.9 percent probability,” Lackner claimed this information in her complaint.

After the birth of her baby, Lackner apparently submitted more documents claiming that Hill had insisted on a second DNA test before voluntarily paying her $2,500 a month in child support.

With Hill’s $30 million compensation every year, Lackner stated the sum of money is “woefully inadequate.”

“The Father is a member of the Miami Dolphins earning a salary of $30,000,000 a year pursuant to a four-year contract … in stark contrast, the Mother is unemployed, has no income, is in debt, is on Medicaid, and has no means of support,” the lawsuit stated.

The infant was spotted wearing a Dolphins onesie with Hill’s name and jersey number on the back, according to a video that Lackner posted on TikTok in March.

The influencer purportedly posted a picture of herself with Hill in August 2022 on the red carpet, with his hand resting on her stomach, in a different TikTok video.

According to The Daily Mail, Hill submitted a dueling paternity petition in Kansas, stating that he was “willing and able to perform parental duties for his minor child should he be determined to be the father” and suggesting shared custody.

According to reports, Hill attempted to have Lackner’s Broward case dropped, claiming that Soul was created in Kansas and that Lackner relocated to Fort Lauderdale for “strategic” reasons.

Baker accused Hill of demonstrating “utter and abject unconcern” for her six-month-old daughter Trae Love Hill in the second paternity case. Baker claimed that Trae Love Hill was conceived when she and Hill hooked up in August 2022.

“The Father has in fact demonstrated utter and abject unconcern for the child in wholly failing to act as a parent and is completely failing to support the child,” Baker’s lawsuit stated.

Baker said the $2,500 a month she gets from Hill isn’t even close to adequate to raise the baby, claiming the expenses sometimes reach $10,000.

In addition, Hill attempted to have Baker’s complaint dismissed, claiming that because Baker is headquartered in Los Angeles, she has legal standing to file a paternity action in Florida. The Daily Mail revealed that Hill acknowledged that DNA evidence established his fatherhood for the girl.

“Before an unmarried father may be accorded standing to assert an interest in parental responsibility and/or timesharing, he must demonstrate that he has manifested substantial concern for the welfare of the child,” Baker’s lawyers stated.

After being traded to the Dolphins in March 2022, Hill agreed to a four-year, $120 million contract deal, making him the NFL’s highest-paid wide receiver.

The Daily Mail reports that the All-Pro NFL player presently pays $13,500 in child support for his three children shared with his 28-year-old ex-fiance, Crystal Espinal.

In a recent episode of his podcast, “It Needed To Be Said,” Hill is said to have revealed that he is bequeathing his $40 million fortune to his 4-year-old daughter, Nyla.

He announced in April that he intended to retire at the end of his current contract, which runs out after the 2025 season when he will be 31 years old.

Neither Vaccaro nor Hill have responded to the reports as of yet.

“A lot of people really want to know what’s going on in my personal life,” Hill said on his “It Needed To Be Said” podcast in November, after the couple’s wedding. “The way I live, we don’t let a lot of people in our personal life.

“All it is was I just got back with my longtime fiancée. We went to the courthouse and we had a few conversations.”

A request for comment has not yet received a response from the Dolphins.
