Travis Kelce’s Father Ed Kelce Says Taylor Swift Is A ‘Very Charming’ Woman
Travis Kelce’s father is now an official Swiftie. He is very much impressed by his son’s choice. Taylor Swift is a keeper, in Ed Kelce’s opinion.
The 12-time Grammy Award winner is described as “a very, very sweet, very charming, down-to-earth young woman” by the father of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who spoke with PEOPLE about the All-Pro’s developing friendship with her.
On Thursday, October 12, while both were in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium watching the Chiefs play the Denver Broncos, Ed Kelce was seen conversing with Swift.
Swift made a strong first impression, according to Kelce, who described the pop diva as “very genuine” and “very smart.”
“We’re sitting in the suite, she gets up and in the front room, she gets up to go get a drink or something and she starts picking up empty bottles, cans, plates that are scattered around. Because in the suites everybody gets stuff and you empty it down wherever you can,” Kelce said.
“And I’m just thinking, I don’t think she got the diva memo. She didn’t get the spoiled musician. She doesn’t know how to pull that off. And that really to me said a whole lot.”
