Toronto Blue Jays: Rogers Centre – How to Reach, Where to Park, Eat and Get Tickets
The Toronto Blue Jays are a professional baseball team based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The team was founded in 1977 and joined the American League as an expansion team. Over the years, the Blue Jays have had their fair share of ups and downs, but they remain one of the most beloved sports teams in Canada.
One of the Blue Jays’ most successful eras was in the early 1990s when they won back-to-back World Series titles in 1992 and 1993. During this time, the team had a formidable lineup featuring players such as Roberto Alomar, Joe Carter, and Devon White. These victories sparked a wave of enthusiasm in Toronto, and the team quickly became the talk of the town.
Since then, the Blue Jays have remained a competitive team, although they have not won a World Series title since 1993. However, they have made the playoffs several times in recent years, including a memorable run to the American League Championship Series in 2015.
