Since he made his league debut in 2003, LeBron James has slowly established himself as one of the greatest players to have ever stepped foot on a basketball court. The kid from Akron, Ohio, has played with some of the biggest franchises in the sport and won almost everything there is to win. In a career that has now spanned two decades, LeBron James started his career with the Cleveland Cleveland Cavaliers. From there he went to Miami Heat, where he won two championships.
Following that, James returned to the Cavaliers and fulfilled his lifelong dream of winning the championships with his home team. After that, the 38-year-old was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, where he won the championship in 2020 and is currently an active player as well.

LeBron James grew up in an extremely tough part of the city where drug use was rampant. Therefore, in a book that he wrote, the four-time NBA champion admitted to smoking weed on a regular basis in order to relieve stress. However, this did not last long as James started taking his playing career more seriously.
No permanent house
James was a child brought up by a single mother. Gloria James did not have a house of her own and therefore, used to move around a lot with her child because of which he missed half of the fourth grade as well. When LeBron’s football coach at that time, Frank Walker, came to know about his situation, he offered LeBron his home until his mother Gloria James has a stable income and a permanent place to stay.
