Tom Brady’s Career With Patriots Is Now A Limited TV Series: Know Everything About The Upcoming Series

The Gotham Group is working on a scripted limited series dubbed “The Patriot Way” on the quarterback, which will chart his journey from a sixth-round NFL draft pick to the global celebrity who guided the New England Patriots to nine Super Bowl victories. It will also discuss the Aaron Hernandez, “Spygate,” and “Deflategate” scandals, as well as Brady’s disagreements with head coach Bill Belichick.

“The Patriot Way,” written by Paul Tamasy and Eric Johnson, will be adapted from “12: The Inside Story of Tom Brady’s Fight for Redemption,” a 2018 book by sports writers Casey Sherman and Dave Wedge.

The Patriot Way follows Brady’s unlikely climb from sixth-round NFL draft pick to his half-dozen Super Bowl victories with the Patriots, as well as the Aaron Hernandez, Spygate, and Deflategate controversies, as well as Brady’s battle of wills with head coach Bill Belichick.

“The New England Patriots dominated the professional sports landscape for 20 years,” Tamasy and Johnson asserted. “Our series will bring the audience inside Gillette Stadium, better known as Fortress Foxboro, to shed new light on the thrilling, historic come-from-behind victories; the dark side of success; and building a culture of winning at all costs.”

The Brady-Patriots TV program will also highlight some of the team’s scandals throughout their reign. Some of the instances include the Aaron Hernandez, “Spygate,” and “Deflategate” scandals, as well as Brady’s disagreements with Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.

The Gotham Group was founded and is led by Goldsmith-Vein. Her notable production credits include the “Maze Runner” and “Stargirl” films, as well as Netflix’s “Wendell and Wild” and the upcoming “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” series on Disney+.

Tom Brady was picked by the New England Patriots in the sixth round (199th overall) of the 2000 NFL Draft. He went on to play with the Patriots for 20 seasons, winning six Super Bowls and setting several team records.

Brady put up 74,571 yards, 541 touchdowns, and 179 interceptions in 285 games for the Patriots. During his stint with the Patriots, the quarterback went 219-66 in the regular season.
