Tom Brady Addresses His ‘Difficult Week’ In First Press Conference Post-Divorce

The recent problems of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the conclusion of his highly public divorce from Gisele Bündchen show that Tom Brady has a lot going on.

Last Week, Brady spoke about how he is addressing these two scenarios on his Sirius XM show “Let’s Go” on Monday. This poses some severe problems for work-life balance.

“There’s a lot of professionals in life that go through things that they deal with at work, and they deal with at home,” said Brady via Ryan Glasspiegel of the New York Post. “And obviously, the good news is it’s a very amicable situation, and I’m really focused on two things: taking care of my family and certainly my children, and secondly doing the best job I can to win football games.

Tom Brady Addresses His ‘Difficult Week’ In First Press Conference Post-Divorce

Brady spoke at a press conference Thursday for the first time since his divorce from Gisele Bündchen and answered a question about his tough personal week.

Brady, 45, was asked by Natasha Dye from People at his weekly Thursday press conference“what have the past few days, the last few weeks have been like” before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

After mentioning his Instagram post announcing their divorce, Tom Brady continued by saying that he simply tries to “do the best” he can both at work and at home.

“I’ve always tried to do the best I could do here, and then when I leave here, I try to do the best I could do, and that’s what we all try to do,” he said. “I’m sure everyone sitting in this room, sitting at home, just trying to wake up every day doing the best they could do for their families and their career, and I’m no different.”

“So just try to do the best you can do every day, and I’m certainly no different.”

Tom Brady hasn’t exactly gotten off to the ideal start. It’s true that all of these personal problems have had a significant impact on him, and getting over them can take time. Possibly the most outstanding athlete in sports history, without a certain the most affluent. Now that he has moved past these personal issues, Brady wants to make sure he can present the best version of himself.
