‘There’s Ongoing Dialogue’- Rival MMA Organization to the UFC Reveals They Are ‘Serious’ About Logan Paul and Jake Paul Fighting in MMA

Arguably, the second biggest promotion in MMA behind the UFC is Bellator MMA and the organization just wrapped up a blockbuster event with Bellator 277. Company President Scott Coker spoke to TMZ Sports and talked about two potential new signings that the company had its eye on.

Coker was asked whether he was interested in adding YouTubers-turned-boxers Jake Paul and Logan Paul onto their roster and his response may surprise some MMA fans. Scott Coker revealed that he would not only be interested in signing the Paul brothers, but he has in fact spoken to both men in recent times.

This news may come as a surprise to many, since it’s rather uncommon to see a premier MMA organization like Bellator MMA sign talent with no MMA experience whatsoever.

Will Jake Paul and Logan Paul officially enter into MMA?

Lacing up the four-ounce MMA gloves is easier said than done and it would truly be a massive step in the career of both Jake Paul and Logan Paul. Thus far, the closest they have come to MMA has been deciding to face former UFC fighters like Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren.

However, facing fighters within the top 10 of the Bellator MMA roster would be unprecedented by any means.

“We’ve had conversations with his brother, and Jake [Paul] (about) what does MMA mean to you guys and what do guys want to do and there’s ongoing dialogue. If they really want to get down and really get serious and do it, we would bring them in.”

“I’m impressed with their work ethic. I’m impressed with how much they’ve grown over the last two years and if they had their mind made up, I think they could get into it.”

Fans will be on the look-out for any developments regarding the possibly signing of either Jake Paul or Logan Paul. Paul recently revealed that he is targeting a return to the boxing ring in the month of August and this would be a drastic step-up if he decides to integrate MMA into his overall plans.
