In an interview with WSJ Magazine, the Kansas City Chiefs player described how he met the 33-year-old and how his initial attempts to meet the artist were unsuccessful.

“There were definitely people she knew that knew who I was, in her corner [who said]: Yo! Did you know he was coming? I had somebody playing Cupid,” Adding that, he observed Once he got in touch, Swift revealed those things.

“She told me exactly what was going on and how I got lucky enough to get her to reach out.”

According to Kelce, Swift’s family members helped him out and helped him catch her attention.
