At the age of 13, she started playing amateur events and left school to receive homeschooling.
However, the public initially became aware of her and called her a golf whiz four years earlier.
With a handicap of 26, she achieved 28 Stableford points in an adult 18-hole handicap event at Turnberry.
Once she became a professional in 2013, she won three events on the Ladies European Tour and two on the LPGA Tour.

Winters are spent by Hull, who is based at Woburn Golf Club in Beds, with her family in Florida.
In addition, she has openly opposed single-sex golf clubs and is a voice for reform in the game.
In response to a BBC question on discrimination on the course, Hull recalled that she had defeated a 17-year-old male when she was seven years old and that he had sworn at her after the match.
