The 55-year-old sportscaster donned beige shorts, a Jordan Brand cap, and sunglasses, while the female dressed in a black bikini top and bottoms with cheetah prints.
While other guests at the resort lounged under umbrellas, the two at one time had their earbuds in.
At a posh beachside resort in the Caribbean, Smith and his female friend basked in the sunshine.
Smith has never been married and prefers to keep his private affairs secret.
It is unknown who the mother of the host of “First Take” host’s two teenage daughters.
Smith admitted to being engaged once to GQ in a 2019 story, but “it didn’t work out.”
He used a phrase he frequently uses on television and with his loved ones when the outlet asked him why things went wrong: “It’s none of their damn business.”
The ages of Smith’s daughters at the time he spoke with GQ were 11 and 10.
Smith stated on his podcast earlier this month that he hopes to one day be married.

“Now contrary to what you may believe, although I’m 55 and a father of two, I’ve never been married,” Smith said on his show. “I am not against marriage at all. In fact, I hope to be married someday. I hope to walk down that aisle.
“I hope to be standing there on the altar and wait for my beautiful bride to come sauntering down the aisle. I want to see that.”
