After winning their first title since being founded six years ago, the Vegas Golden Knights paraded the Stanley Cup down the Las Vegas Strip with supporters lining the streets.

Karlsson, carrying a tall, skinny can, stumbled down the steps before being hoisted up by one of his teammates as the freshly crowned Stanley Cup Champions were introduced to the audience and made their way onto the stage at Toshiba Plaza outside of T-Mobile Arena.

Karlsson appeared to say, “Ow.”

During team captain Mark Stone’s speech to the Vegas fans, Karlsson led the audience in a “Go, Knights Go” chant as he took off his shirt and threw it into the throng.

“So this guy, this f—ing guy, he was here day one, and I know you have been here day f—ing one,” a shirtless Karlsson, talking about his teammate Jonathan Marchessault, said to the cheering crowd.

“You guys are so amazing.”

It was scheduled to serve as Marchessault’s formal presentation as the Stanley Cup Playoffs’ Most Valuable Player and recipient of the Conn Smythe Trophy. The Arizona Coyotes were the target of Karlsson’s subsequent shot.

“We played Arizona in the first game and we beat the s— out of them,” he said. “And I had no points, but that’s OK because that year one I was pretty f—ing great. But you guys were greater. We’ve been up and down on this journey to the cup.”

Karlsson said, “We’ve been waiting for six long years for this guy to be MVP, Jonathan Marchessault.”

As if all of this wasn’t enough Karlsson falls off the stairs!!!
