The St. Louis Cardinals are a St. Louis-based American baseball club. The Cardinals have played their home games at Busch Stadium in the heart of St. Louis since the 2006 campaign. With a sitting capacity of 44,494, 3,706 club seats, and 61 opulent suites, the stadium is the Major League Baseball (MLB) home of the St. Louis Cardinals, the city’s MLB team. It took over the site of Busch Memorial Stadium, also known as Busch Stadium II, and supplanted it. The remaining area of the old stadium’s footprint was turned into a business district called Ballpark Village, which is located close to the stadium.
