“Sorry, Taylor – We Were In Bed Together” SNL Star Heidi Gardner’s Cheeky Apologies From Taylor Swift After Sharing Bed With Her Boyfriend
The cast of Saturday Night Live, Heidi Gardner, has piqued Taylor Swift’s interest with a witty apology. Following the release of a sketch in which Gardner was seen sharing a bed with none other than Travis Kelce, the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, who is Taylor’s beau, the apology was made.
When Gardner made an appearance on the “Today” show, she talked back about the amusing behind-the-scenes incident. With a cheeky smile, she said, “It was cool because right before dress rehearsal, we were in a scene where- sorry, Taylor- we were in bed together.” Despite the lighthearted nature of the sketch, Gardner yet made Swift chuckle by playfully apologizing to him.

Gardner shared an oddball anecdote about Kelce’s diet, which increased the amusement. “And he leaned over into me right before lights up on the scene and… he told me he’d been eating Uncrustables all day,” she added, divulging the NFL player’s unassuming yet basic game day snack.

Gardner—a self-described Chiefs fan—expressed her happiness at Kelce’s “SNL” hosting gig. She acknowledged, “I was very protective [of Kelce].” She went above and beyond to help the tight end feel comfortable during the show, demonstrating her admiration for him. “I asked him questions, which also as a sports fan I’m just interested in, but I was like, ‘On game day what do you eat?’ And he was like, ‘Uncrustables. I’m just pounding Uncrustables.’ And so the Saturday of the show, I went to the store, I got Uncrustables.”
