Skip Bayless Calls Out Jets’ QB Aaron Rodgers Is Afraid To Show Up On ‘Undisputed’

Since Week 1, Aaron Rodgers has not set foot on a football field while wearing shoulder pads. Virtual stadiums, on the other hand, have been filling up on a weekly basis to watch the quarterback answer questions from Pat McAfee on the Pat McAfee Show.

Bayless and Lil Wayne addressed their unexpected connection in a combined sit-down interview with GQ, and Bayless was asked who his fantasy guest would be on Fox’s sports discussion show.

LeBron James was his response, which startled Wayne, who had stated that he would prefer “the late, great Kobe Bean Bryant” or Rodgers.

“I think he’d be afraid,” replied Bayless based on Rodgers’ actions on “The Pat McAfee Show.” “He wants softball questions.”

The quarterback obviously draws a crowd, so it’s no wonder that he’s paid to appear on the Pat McAfee Show on a weekly basis. The New York Jets quarterback has earned more than $1 million from his appearances, according to the New York Post via Forbes.

So it looks like Skip Bayless is in demand. If he wants No. 8 on the air with him, he’s going to have to shell up some cash.

Rodgers has earned more than $1 million for his show appearances, according to McAfee.

“My company went from a valuation of [$2 million to $5 million] to a company valued over $500 million in just a few years,” McAfee aid on his Thursday show. “Everybody who helped us get to this point has reaped the benefits of it, that’s how business is supposed to work. To be transparent, Aaron deserves much more than what he’s gotten for the time and effort he has put into ‘Aaron Rodgers’ Tuesdays.”

In Skip Bayless’ opinion, he has also earned a reputation for refusing to answer difficult questions. This is the same Bayless who claims to have coined the term “diva” before the rest of the world. Bayless routinely refers to Rodgers as a “master media manipulator,” accusing him of being a “finger-pointing, blame deflector.”

Based on his earlier statements, it’s not surprising that he feels this way about Rodgers.
