Shocking Scenes From NFL as Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones Forces to Take Paternity Test Due to a 26-Year-Old’s ‘Daughter’ Claim

Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, was the target of a lawsuit earlier this year. Alexanda Davis, 25, alleged that Jones was her father and had made her mother swear to silence in exchange for financial assistance. Jones is being requested to do a paternity test while the lawsuit is still open. Jerry Jones is still being sued from earlier this year, and the court has now added a demand for him to take a paternity test.

25-year-old Alexandra Davis previously sued Jones on the grounds that the Cowboys’ owner is her father. The initial action had been brought in March but was subsequently dropped. Davis, however, re-filed his request for a paternity test.

Court ordered Jerry Jones to take a paternity test

Although Jones’ lawyers have stated in court documents that they intend to appeal the ruling, they did not immediately reply to requests for comment on Friday. Andrew Bergman, one of Davis’ attorneys, acknowledged the choice but made no more comments right away.

In March, Davis filed a lawsuit against Jerry Jones in Dallas County, requesting that the court nullify a contract that Davis said her mother, Cynthia Davis, had made with Jones two years before her birth.

Davis was born during her mother’s first marriage. Thus, according to the attorneys, he should be considered the biological father. According to a court decision from Arkansas, her attorneys claimed she does not have a putative father.
