Following Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Florida Panthers and the Vegas Golden Knights, Samantha Rivera garnered attention for her professionalism and multitasking.

In spite of the Panthers’ humiliating 7-2 defeat to the Golden Knights in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals, which left them down the series 2-0, they could have at least helped the Dolphins find another running back.

During her post-game interview, an angry fan tried to interfere with the live broadcast by shoving his head into the picture. While also attempting to shoot a live shot, Rivera immediately addressed the issue by utilizing a trick to keep the fan away.

“Nope!” Rivera exclaimed repeatedly as the fan tried to enter her live feed, which looked to be taken close to the arena’s bottom level.

“That’s the kind of fan you don’t want to be, right,” Rivera added while continuing her recap of Game 2.

The unidentified spectator looked to be sporting a Golden Knights shirt.

Chicago-born sports writer Rivera, who is American and multilingual, responded to the event on social media by posting the now-viral footage of her stiff-arming the fan on Twitter and Instagram.

Fans must exercise restraint in light of this. Leave Rivera and the other journalists in the arena alone. They are also at work. You could become this person if you don’t.
