Rachel Stuhlmann Welcomed New Year With Much Grace After Neck Surgery, Know Her New Way
One month has passed since Rachel Stuhlmann made a significant life update and appeared on social media while sporting a neck brace. The announcement of her neck surgery stunned the tennis influencer community, as the top-ranked player in the world—Paige Spiranac of tennis—had undergone surgery.
It seems that she had a disc replacement as a result of an automobile accident. On social media, she declared, “Brace yourself.. not my usual post🤣 but wanted to share a life update- not too long ago I was in a car wreck. I underwent anterior cervical disc replacement surgery to remove the C5-C6 disc in my neck and replace it with an artificial disc.”

“I’m extremely thankful to my surgeon @drkimspinemd and the entire New York City @hspecialsurgery staff for taking the best care of me and making this process as successful as possible.”
Yes, the post isn’t typically hers. Surgery on the neck is not a small operation. Nevertheless, Rachel was committed to recovering to 100% after the surgery, and she planned to use her background in competitive tennis to get her through it.

She added, “As I begin the healing process and physical therapy journey, I’m feeling encouraged, determined, and eager to lean into some qualities that I haven’t tapped into since my competitive playing career 10 years ago.🎾 “
“Thanking God for a successful surgery🙏🙏🙏 And a huge thank you to my amazing family and friends, and everyone who reached out and kept my spirits up. This isn’t a setback! It’s just all part of the comeback and I can’t wait to be feeling 100% again!❤️”
Rachel Stuhlmann is taking it slow as she recovers in the new year.

As one may assume, Rachel has not said much about influencing after the procedure. Probably aiming for a return while concentrating on recovery and physical rehabilitation.
After her operation, she checked in a few weeks later, promoted the 2024 calendar, and took off her Mizzou letter jacket while the Tigers defeated Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl.

Neither a sign of a comeback to leading the game of tennis nor any hard lifting was present. That is, until Wednesday afternoon when Rachel posted a message on social media that seemed encouraging.
Welcoming 2024 with open arms!🤗 I have a feeling this is going to be one of the craziest, most exciting, and most important years for our sport.🎾 Excited to embrace it all!🥰 pic.twitter.com/5cia5IE2D2
