QB Justin Herbert Says He Is Quite ‘Boring’ But Is True?
Justin Herbert won’t likely appear on a Netflix program anytime soon.
Season one of the streaming service’s exclusive docuseries “Quarterback,” which offers an inside look at quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and Marcus Mariota throughout the 2022 season, was just published.
QB Justin Herbert Says He Is Quite ‘Boring’ But Is True?
Due to the behind-the-scenes access, “Quarterback” is presently among the most watched programs on Netflix. But the standout quarterback for the Los Angeles Chargers won’t be returning for season two, or probably any season for that matter.
ur welcome.

In just three NFL seasons, the quarterback of the Los Angeles Chargers has surpassed 14,000 career throwing yards. The franchise rewarded him with the highest-paying deal in league history as a result of his success.
However, a lot of people think Herbert is uninteresting off the field. Which, in a sense, he is. Even Herbert acknowledges that he isn’t the most fascinating person on earth.

“I have not been approached,” Herbert told Colin Cowherd Wednesday on “The Herd,” “but I think I’d be pretty boring on the show. I don’t do a lot outside of football, so most of the footage would probably be just from football practice, meetings and stuff like that. And we’ve kind of done that with ‘Hard Knocks.’ … I don’t have too much going on outside of football, so I might not be the best candidate for that.”
Herbert was seen wearing a microphone in a behind-the-scenes video aired by the Chargers on Monday. Is his personality captivating? Not at all. But he turns out to be a lot more fun than first imagined.

On the football field, he plays about with the other quarterbacks, makes fun of himself, and appears to be having fun. It’s good to see him exhibit some of that lately.
Additionally, he just made an appearance on the Internet program “Hot Ones,” where participants consume the spiciest chicken wings possible.
Joshua Palmer becoming Justin Herbert’s WR1 last season because of the injuries to Keenan Allen & Mike Williams, can pay huge dividends this year. They seem to be on the same page quite often in camp.

For Herbert, who earned the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year Award in 2020, made the Pro Bowl in 2021, and inked a five-year, $262.5 million contract with the Chargers this summer, that strategy of being boring has been successful.
It’s no wonder that people are curious whether he’d be interested in an all-access TV show.

But seeing him coming out of his shell is entertaining. So, I guess he is not as boring as people thought him to be.
