“People Don’t understand, Major Surgeries” – NBA Legend Kevin Garnett Urges Fans to Give Kawhi Leonard Some Time
The Los Angeles Clippers’ NBA season has started out on a rocky path. After 32 games, the franchise is now in fifth place. It makes sense that the franchise has had trouble considering that the seasons lead character Kawhi Leonard has sustained serious injuries. As long as they can stay healthy, the Clippers will continue to pursue their championship goals, which they had going into the season. The Clippers have one of the strongest and most talented teams in the NBA when everyone is healthy.
One of the standout players of his generation is Kevin Garnett. Garnett, a first-ballot candidate for the Hall of Fame, reached the zenith of his profession when the Boston Celtics won the NBA championship in 2008. So people pay attention when the former NBA MVP talks.

The Clippers often follow Kawhi Leonard’s progress, so the fact that he is beginning to round into shape is encouraging for them. They have outstanding guard play from Reggie Jackson, Norman Powell, and John Wall, strong wing play from Leonard and George, and a flexible frontcourt with Marcus Morris, Ivica Zubac, and Nicolas Batum.
