Paige Spiranac Said, “Because it’s different” While Talking About CU Football Coach

Paige Spiranac again has her views on a new football team. This time, she is talking about the CU football team. When Deion Sanders first came to Colorado, he lost no time in getting under people’s skin. With one victory last season, he drastically changed the Buffaloes roster and program in a couple of months.

Coach Prime hasn’t just done anything while doing this either. He has simply been himself, something that not everyone in the collegiate ranks, including some other head coaches, has necessarily appreciated.

Prior to their scheduled showdown this weekend in Boulder, Colorado State head coach Jay Norvell most recently made the decision to express his thoughts regarding Deion. His grievance against Colorado’s head coach? His use of headgear and sunglasses while doing interviews.

Norvell said, “They really are tired of it. And I sat down with ESPN today, and I don’t care if they hear it in Boulder.”

“I told them, ‘I took my hat off, and I took my glasses off.’ And I said, ‘When I talk to grown-ups, I take my hat and my glasses off.’ That’s what my mother taught me.”

You can be sure that they heard about the remarks in Boulder. And you can know that Coach Prime will use it as added inspiration when the Rams host the Buffaloes on Saturday.

Coach Prime has the backing of Paige Spiranac, the golf influencer ranked No. 1 in the world, not that he really needs it. The native of Colorado entered the conversation by defending him.

After giving a brief overview of how Deion was able to transform Colorado, she moved on to a few topics on which she has built her brand and is all too familiar.

Coach Prime Is With Paige Spiranac

“Prime’s coaching style is divisive. Because it’s different. And different is great,” Paige said. “He’s shaking things up. He’s not a robot like the other college coaches.”

She further said, “He has an opinion. He’s not afraid to speak his mind. And he thinks outside the box. And I am all in on that.”

Right on target, Paige. That is not surprising, nor is the fact that she is completely behind Coach Prime. In the world of influence, she has encountered many of the same issues.

Her fashion is fantastic, controversial, and unique. She’s not a machine, and she likes to stir things up as well. Her outcomes speak for themselves, much like with Deion Sanders.

And before the critics start to emerge from hiding to accuse Paige of jumping on the Colorado bandwagon when they went 2-0 to open the season and made it into the Top 25, let me just say that she was a supporter from day one.

When Colorado first hired the former head coach of Jackson State University, Paige was in favor of the decision. Shedeur’s initial selection as the starting quarterback was the only decision she had cause to doubt at the time.

Looking back, she probably no longer objects to that action. Shedeur has put up incredible stats in his first two games with Colorado.
