Paige Spiranac Reveals Her Top Choice for the John Deere Classic
This week’s PGA Tour competition, the John Deere Classic, has a winner that Paige Spiranac predicts.
There are a number of up-and-coming golfers in the field, so many of them have a chance to win, but only one will triumph on Sunday at TPC Deere Run.
Spiranac discussed a number of athletes she believed would have a chance to win, but she ultimately settled on one who is vying for his first-ever PGA Tour victory.

Denny McCarthy, 30 years old, was predicted to win this week by Spiranac. She stated that McCarthy is one of the best putters on the tour and that the course is designed for him to succeed.
McCarthy has been playing well lately; at the Masters earlier this year, he made the cut and was in the top 30. The U.S. Open in 2022 saw him tie for seventh place, which was the greatest major finish of his career to date.

When McCarthy advanced to a playoff round against Viktor Hovland in the Memorial Tournament earlier this year, he came incredibly close to winning his first PGA Tour competition. In order to win that playoff, Hovland would go on to overcome McCarthy in the opening hole.
McCarthy’s performance at the John Deere Classic in Illinois this week will be evaluated.
