Paige Spiranac Finally Spoke About Her Revealing Clothes Reasons On Cavinder Twin’s Podcast. Are We Going To See A Collab
Golf influencer Paige Spiranac, who is well-known for her skimpy attire on the course and in her social media pictures, remembered a period in her life when she had to wear turtlenecks and cover herself entirely to avoid hateful remarks.
“I wanted to be taken seriously as a professional golfer and no matter what I did, no matter what I posted, I would get hate,” Spiranac stated on Wednesday during an appearance on Betr Media’s “Twin Talk” podcast featuring Haley and Hanna Cavinder.
“There was one time where I wore a full turtleneck [and] leggings. I was completely covered from head to toe, and people were upset with my outfit.”
Spiranac is seen on a golf course in the Instagram video, which features her sporting the black turtleneck and maroon leggings.
“When that happened, I just said, ‘OK, well I’m just going to do what I want to do, and I’m going wear what I want to wear and if people like it, great and if they dislike it, OK great,’” she said.

The Cavinder twins, who went on to become two of the top NIL earners at the University of Miami, gave Spiranac credit for her handling of the matter.
The three then got along well since they were all dealing with the attention that comes with being in the public eye and a well-liked figure on social media.

“I was like, ‘OK, clearly no matter what I wear or what I do people are going to be upset about it so I might as well wear what I want and live the life that I want to live,’” Spiranac continued.
“That’s why you can’t control what other people say or the judgment that they have because they see a small little portion of your life.”
Spiranac continued her explanation for why she doesn’t take criticism of herself personally.

“There are also days where I will leave the house and wear sweats and my hair is up and I’m wearing no makeup,” she said.
“There are different facets of my personality, which I can’t always show on social media, and so I try to not take it so personal when somebody comes at me in a very negative way when they don’t know me.”

Spiranac continued, saying that she would only “take a step back” from social media if her family ever got in touch with her—which she claimed they haven’t done yet—expressing worries about her tweets.
“My family is so supportive and they love who I am and they love what I do so I don’t really care,” she said. “So I’ve learned into that because that’s how I feel most confident.”
