Olivia Dunne Wrote “HELP” On Her Cable Wire Ride, Fans Got Worried
Olivia Dunne, the gymnast for the LSU Tigers, has a large following on social media; she has over 15 million combined followers on Instagram and TikTok. She frequently shares tales from her everyday activities on Instagram, including her travels, gymnastics training, and moments of cuddling with her pet, “Roux.”
During the 2024 NCAA Gymnastics Championship season, the senior gymnast and her LSU teammates are in Utah at the Maverik Center. She did, however, take a break from the gym to go on cable ride excursions at Canyons Village, Park City, in the snow-capped mountains of Utah.
She documented her vacation, which included a cable ride adventure to get them to the top of the mountain, in a series of stories that she shared on Snapchat. She also played a practical joke on her fans by pretending that they were stuck in the gondola with the cable ride’s “Help” sign hanging from the window.
Olivia Dunne’s most recent trip to Utah wasn’t very successful.

When the LSU gymnast’s team got to Utah on their previous tour, things got wild. “We want Livvy!” was chanted by a crowd of people as they greeted the injured Dunne. Give us Livvy!” in front of the university’s structure.
LSU’s team bus was ultimately forced to relocate after police interfered in order to avoid colliding with a group of boys. Furlong claimed that law enforcement officers were positioned in front to bar them from going inside.

In order to prevent similar events in the future, Dunne traveled with security following that incident, with help from the university.
“Actually, we’ve got it settled down a bit,” Dunne said about the incident. “We haven’t competed since last season, so we’ll see what this season holds. But after the incident in Utah that happened last year, we now have a security guard that travels with the LSU gymnastics team.” [via the People].
There’s literally a line outside of the Huntsman Center of teenage boys that keep asking if Livvy is coming out. I’ve never seen anything like this.

Before Dunne departs the field of higher education, she would like to win the NCAA title during her final year of college.
