NFL Week 8 Weather Forecast: Drop In Temperature & Rain To Affect The Game

When playing sports outside, the weather can have a significant impact on the result of the match. We check the predictions every week to see what problems Mother Nature could bring forth because of this. Prediction for Week 8 isn’t too awful overall, but the three factors indicated above will have an impact on this week’s games.

The NFL is expected to have windy, wet, hot, muggy, and maybe snowy Halloween Weekend. The weather is predicted to have an influence on many matches on the Week 8 odds board.

Even though it’s just Tuesday, I anticipate the long-term outlook and highlight how the potential gameday weather will alter the results and how to bet the NFL odds accordingly before making any NFL picks.

Dolphins at Patriots- For this game, there’s a 20–30% chance of rain and 15–25 mph winds predicted. The offenses won’t benefit from this, but every regular starter in Miami’s passing game has to be in your lineups. Though you shouldn’t let the weather too much influence your start ’em, sit ’em choices, Kendrick Bourne and the kickers shouldn’t be coerced into lineups.

Vikings at Packers– There’s a 50% chance of rain, temperatures in the 30s, and winds between 10 and 15 mph. Although it will be awful for the fans, it shouldn’t have a significant impact on the players’ performances. Again, you don’t want to force any borderline players into your lineups (kickers, secondary receiving options like K.J. Osborn and Jayden Reed), but any usual starters (Jordan Addison, T.J. Hockenson, etc.) should remain that way.

Giants at Jets– For this game, there is around a 35 percent possibility of rain, although the wind speed shouldn’t exceed 10 mph. It’s not too early to worry about this game until the weather worsens closer to kickoff.

Steelers at Jaguars– The probability of rain during this game is highest (65%), however the winds will be light. If there’s going to be any significant rain before kickoff, we’ll let you know, but until then, start with Trevor Lawrence, Christian Kirk, Evan Engram, and George Pickens as usual.
