New York Giants Head Coach Brian Daboll Reveals an Embarrassing From His First Day at Work

For eighteen weeks in a year, fans have the pleasure of watching regular football action on Sunday afternoons, and Monday as well as Thursday nights. However, once the season is done, both fans and the teams begin the countdown for the next season with renewed hope and enthusiasm for good things to come. Earlier this year, the New York Giants took to social media to share the arrival of their new coach Brian Daboll.

The video showed Daboll rolling up in his blue Raptor and getting out wearing a full suit carrying a briefcase as well. Now that the season is well underway, Daboll made a rather humorous revelation about that particular video.

In an interview he said, “Hanlon that was Hanlon. I am like crammed in this damn suit that I hate wearing and this briefcase with nothing in it. I am like god damn this dang suit is tight as hell I just want to wear a sweat suit. My kids bust my ba**s all the time about that thing.”

Ever since he took up the main role at the New York Giants, Daboll has been extremely popular amongst fans as well as players. His fun nature along with his ability to get results on the pitch have made him an instant fan-favorite. Prior to joining the New York Giants, Daboll was the offensive coach for the Buffalo Bills until 2021 where he led Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs among others.

The New York Giants started their era under Daboll with a slim one-point will over the Tennessee Titans. They followed this up with a win over the Carolina Panthers before succumbing to their first loss of the season against the Dallas Cowboys. In their most recent game week, a four-game win streak was snapped by the Seattle Seahawks who secured a 27-13 win over Daboll and his men.

The New York Giants are one of the strongest teams in the NFC East. However, at this point in time, they are still a few signings away from being genuine contenders for the Super Bowl. It will be interesting to see how the Giants progress under Daboll and what heights they can achieve.
