New Motto For The Denver Broncos Is Worse Than “Let’s Ride”

Do you recall how everyone felt when the Denver Broncos introduced “Let’s Ride” as their team motto last year? To top it Russell Wilson’s “Let’s Ride” takes video that was leaked made the term appear even worse?  Broncos’ 5-12 record after adopting the slogan “Let’s Ride” seemed to be more disappointing!

New Motto For The Denver Broncos Is Worse Than “Let’s Ride”

The Broncos simply had a strange year last season. Wilson was acquired in a trade, but he promptly lost his football skills. Wilson received criticism for his odd Subway advertisement touting his “Dangerwich” sandwich in addition to “Let’s Ride.”

The Denver Broncos laid the 2022 tagline “Let’s Ride” to rest last week when they introduced their 2023 slogan.

The Broncos’ new team anthem, “Uncommon,” was presented informally last week. Ben Powers, an offensive guard, was seen sporting a shirt with the phrase on it.

When questioned by the media about the motto’s significance, Powers responded that it stands for how uncommon it is for an NFL team to win a football game. He said that the fact that there is only one Super Bowl winner each year proves how tough it is to win. However, despite the motto’s best efforts to express a never-give-up attitude, it falls short in practice.

Yes, we understand; it’s a never-give-up attitude and reverse psychology. The main issue is that it doesn’t work well as a logo.

First of all, success is hardly “rare.” In actuality, 98.4% of NFL games conclude with a winner. Additionally, 17 of the 32 clubs in the league have an overall winning record.

Furthermore, “there’s only one Super Bowl champ” just refers to the way single-elimination competitions operate. It’s also important to remember that 20 of the 32 clubs in the league have won at least one Super Bowl. That being said, winning is hardly “uncommon” in the NFL.
