The NBA season begins with two storied rivalries between the two teams that advanced to the NBA Finals the previous year. The Philadelphia 76ers will travel to take on their enduring rivals, the reigning Eastern Conference champion Boston Celtics, on Tuesday, Oct. 18. The Los Angeles Lakers will next fly up the Pacific coast to play the 2022 NBA champion Golden State Warriors at Chase Center.
