Fans of NASCAR have taken notice of Bubba Wallace and Danica Patrick’s uneasy relationship. Before the United Rentals Work United 500 in Phoenix, Wallace was wrapping up an interview with FOX.

Chris Myers, Clint Bowyer, and Patrick questioned Wallace. After the interview, the 29-year-old shook hands with the presenters and reached behind Patrick, whose left arm looked to be caught.

It’s possible that the driver in position #23 was shifting the wireless microphone transmitter on her back. Fans were confused by the insignificant occurrence because of how the incomplete narrative was conveyed on television.
