Nic Woodley, the director of player personnel for Middle Tennessee State’s football team, has been suspended after being accused by Murfreesboro Police on Sunday of public immorality, indecent exposure involving a minor, and resisting arrest.

Woodley was reportedly seen in the Old Fort Parkway Target on Sunday as a suspect in a legal case regarding an indecent exposure incident that happened on Saturday, according to a Murfreesboro Police Department report.
Nic Woodley, the director of player personnel for the university’s football team, was charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest.

According to the arrest document that WSMV was able to get, “The victim told police Woodley complimented her outfit before moving a basket away from his groin, exposing his genitals.” He reportedly attempted to flee from police once they arrived on the site.
According to the police investigation, Nic Woodley had visited the Target in Murfreesboro five times in the five days before to the incident on Sunday. Chris Massaro, the MTSU athletic director, provided WSMV with a comment on the subject.

The report indicates that after regaining control of Woodley on both sides, officers led him to a patrol car.

According to the report, Woodley’s phone was taken because the victim said that the suspect used it throughout the interaction, there’s a chance that video was recorded, and a minor was involved in the incident.
Nic Woodley has been suspended as we keep investigating the matter, according to a statement from AD Chris Massaro to WSMV. “We are disappointed and take these matters very seriously.”
Woodley was freed from the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center after posting a $3,000 bail. Nov. 30 is the day of his hearing in General Sessions Court.
