Micah Parsons On Swift-Kelce Relationship Rumours: “my brother, you might be the new Steph of football”

The NFL and celebrity worlds have focused on Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce’s alleged romance.

Outside linebacker Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys believes it is now time for other football players to ‘ start shooting from deep’ in order to score a renowned next date.

Micah Parsons On Swift-Kelce Relationship Rumours: “My brother, you might be the new Steph of football”

If you haven’t heard, Taylor Swift sat in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium to see her fella-friend Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his colleagues thrash the Chicago Bears to death.

The confirmation of the Swift-Kelce relationship rumours quickly became the most talked-about topic. It also drew a lot of attention to the NFL as a whole.

Parsons saw what Kelce was capable of, and now gave him his flowers on a recent episode of his show The Edge with Micah Parsons.

“Yes, I am a Swiftie,” admitted Parsons. “Big hype for you, dawg. You know what it is, dawg. I mean, damn, you shot from deep and you scored! You Steph Curry, my brother, you might be the new Steph of football, that’s dope.”

“Damn, you shot from deep and you scored my brother,” Parsons said on “The Edge” podcast. “You Stephen Curry, my brother. You might be the new Steph of football. That’s dope. I can’t even lie. I want to see someone shoot at someone else. The NFL is up right now. I challenge all my other NFL guys and start shooting from deep. We got to start shooting, brother. Publicly shooting.”

Kelce, who had seven receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown in front of his new girlfriend, is gaining attention for his romance with Swift rather than his on-field efforts.

Parsons, like Patrick Mahomes, is impressed by Kelce’s recent accomplishments. During Kansas City’s 41-10 win over the Bears in Week 3, the quarterback said that their tight end “ran his own route” while scoring with Swift in attendance.

Travis Kelce’s failure to offer Taylor Swift a friendship bracelet to begin their courting is an incredible photo. It’d be like Steph Curry hitting a one-handed full-court shot at the buzzer that struck the top of the backboard, hit the rim, then rebounded off the mascot’s head and into the basket to win the NBA Championship.
