After growing up in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, she relocated to Holstein, Iowa, for her collegiate studies.
Beginning in the autumn of 2017 and graduating in 2021, Mitchell majored in Communication Studies and Event Management at the University of Iowa.

Prior to February 2020, she worked as a part-time wellness counselor at Builders of Hope Global Village Inc. from October 2019.

She works as an events coordinator at Taylors Falls, Minnesota’s Brick and Banister Real Estate Company right now.
She claims on social media that a few years ago, Mitchell and Steveson announced their romance to the world. On October 15, 2021, they made it official on Facebook.
On October 24, 2021, she shared the first picture of herself with Steveson on Instagram.
But based on Mitchell’s 2022 Instagram post, it seems like the couple has been together for a lot longer—they started dating virtually in 2016.

When Steveson was able to walk, he started wrestling, following in the footsteps of his two elder brothers.
A professional wrestler registered to the WWE under the ring name Damon Kemp is one of his brothers, Bobby Steveson.
When Steveson was in middle school, his parents relocated the family to Apple Valley, Minnesota, so that Steveson could play wrestling for Apple Valley High School, a nationally renowned program.

The Junior Schalles Award and Junior Hodge Trophy were given to Steveson, who went on to win four state championships.
Before turning eighteen, he had won multiple age-group World Championships and had a winning streak of 171 matches.
Steveson was one of the nation’s best recruits, but he decided to enroll at the University of Minnesota.
Steveson won multiple NCAA Division 1 and Big Ten Championships while playing for the Minnesota Golden Gophers, including:
- 2019 Pittsburgh – Bronze
- 2019 Minneapolis – Silver
- 2020 Piscataway – Gold
- 2021 St. Louis – Gold
- 2021 State College – Gold
- 2022 Detroit – Gold

In addition, he qualified for the US Olympic Team throughout his time in school. In spite of the Olympics being postponed due to COVID-19, he was able to win a deserved gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Steveson turned down the invitation to compete for the United States in the 2021 World Championships despite having won an Olympic medal.
Rather, he returned to college wrestling on a NIL agreement after signing with WWE in September 2021.
He was recognized as the Big Ten Athlete of the Year in 2022.

Steveson was granted the privilege to represent the United States in the 2023 World Wrestling Championships when he won the 2023 US Open Wrestling Championships, which included the 2023 Final X.
Once more, he turned down the offer for unclear reasons.
Gable Steveson was let go by WWE at what point?
It was revealed on Saturday, May 4, 2024, that Gable Steveson’s brief stint in the WWE was over.

Friday, May 3, 2024, the day before, saw Steveson’s formal contract release.
A few weeks later, on September 4, he inked a contract with WWE after making a fleeting appearance at the company’s SummerSlam event on August 21, 2021.
Steveson signed with Raw as a result of the 2021 WWE Draft, and the agreement became operative on October 22, 2021.
It was during Wrestlemania 38 in April 2022 that he made his ring debut.

Steveson was hired on a full-time basis by NXT after his backstage appearance on an episode of NXT: Gold Rush on June 20, 2023.
He competed in his first match at NXT The Great American Bash against Baron Corbin; the match ended in no contest after the two hurled each other over the announcers’ desk.
When Corbin emerged as the “heel,” or “villain,” of the encounter, both spectators and fans turned against Steveson.
Steveson’s NXT roster was cleared out in September of 2023.

On January 5, 2024, he returned for a short while and defeated Cedric Alexander at SmackDown: New Year’s Resolution.
Sadly, the victory did not persuade WWE executives that Steveson ought to stay associated with the company.

However, not every WWE fan appeared to be shocked by the choice.
“Gable Steveson getting released from WWE is the best news to wake up to this morning,” a different commenter wrote.
“The timing of the cut is especially cruel because had it been a few weeks earlier, he could have competed in the Olympic trials, which, based on his 2023 performance, he’d have been the heavy favorite,” Observer Figure Four Online wrote about wrestling.
