Marshawn Lynch’ Shoes Workout At Beach Goes Viral
Beast Mode isn’t messing around when it comes to his NFL comeback; he runs insane footwork drills IN THE SAND with a famed footspeed expert, and it’s frightfully effective. With the reputedly fastest feet in the world, Luis Badillo Jr., Marshawn Lynch went to the beach. He has worked with top-tier sportsmen like Asafa Powell, Cristiano Ronaldo, and other NFL players.
He travelled to the Bay Area this time to train with the Oakland Raiders star, and it’s obvious that these guys aren’t joking around.

Marshawn Lynch’ Shoes Workout At Beach Goes Viral
In the NFL, Marshawn Lynch was a DOG, but ‘Skittles’ may be even better now that he has retired.
In a now-viral video last week that features hundreds of up-downs, a few torn hamstrings, and enough “DROPS!” to make your head spin, Lynch gave his camera crew an exhaustive NFL beach workout.
You can now work out like Marshawn Lynch if you’ve ever wanted to. Simply purchase a pair of hiking boots, go to your neighbourhood beach, and perform foot drills until you are unable to move.

However, even if you succeed in doing that, you most likely won’t appear as amazing as Lynch did during his workout this week. Beast Mode made the decision to go to the beach and work out with Luis Badillo Jr., who is said to have the fastest feet in the world, since the Raiders won’t be playing again until late July.
The absurd thing is that throughout every practise they engaged in, Lynch genuinely competed with Badillo. In addition, you may claim that Marshawn’s performance was superior.

Lynch is expected to carry for 5,000 yards this season based on this one practise since I don’t think he’ll allow anyone to tackle him once throughout the entire season.
By the way, if you want to follow Marshawn’s training routine, you’ll need to wake up at 6:24 a.m. every morning to perform 200 push-ups in addition to 200 sit-ups, since he also does that.
If Lynch’s workouts are any indication, it sounds like he plans on going Beast Mode on every defence in the NFL this year.
