March Madness 2023: Updated Bracket, Schedule, TV Channels , Streaming Services & Scores

All season long, the teams at the top of the NCAA basketball standings have suffered a tonne of defeats. A number of the nation’s top teams, including Alabama, Kansas, Purdue, and others, have suffered defeats in the last week of the regular season before the tournament. All of this is to argue that the NCAA Tournament may serve as an excellent example of how March Madness will be this year.

Not to mention the compelling narratives that will drive this year’s tournament, such as whether Bill Self’s Kansas team can win the tournament twice in a row for the first time since Mike Krzyzewski led Duke to the crowns in 1991 and 1992. Speaking of the Blue Devils, Jon Scheyer will lead his squad in their first NCAA Tournament game since taking over for the late Coach K.

On the West Coast, Mick Cronin’s UCLA squad, which will shortly transfer to the Big Ten, will attempt to become the first Pac-12 club to win the NCAA Tournament since Arizona in 1997. Drew Timme will take one last trip with Gonzaga while remaining in the Pacific Time Zone as Mark Few looks to capture his first NCAA Tournament championship after coming close in 2017 and 2021.

The Crimson Tide, a team with All-American potential, will have a shadow over them throughout their March Madness run when it was discovered that former teammate Darius Miles, who was implicated in the mid-January shooting killing, was also involved. Miles has been charged with capital murder.
