Luka Doncic and Anamaria Goltes, expecting their first child in 2023, are preparing for their upcoming wedding
Star NBA player Luka Doncic has flourished in the limelight since coming to the US from Europe.
The forward for the Dallas Mavericks has also acknowledged that his fiancée Anamaria Goltes has assisted him in adjusting to the demands of celebrity.
The couple first connected as kids in Croatia, and when they dated for 16 years, they popped the question in style last summer in front of Slovenia’s Bled Castle.

Their daughter Gabriella was born in December, making them parents now.
It was recently disclosed by Luka that Anamarie is not a big basketball fan, which he finds to be rather convenient as it allows him to disconnect from work at home.
“I met her in Croatia. I met her when we were 11 – I don’t know, something like that,” Doncic revealed to Rachel Nichols on Headliners.

“So I’m really happy to have her. It’s been great and she helps me a lot.
“It’s a lot of pressure outside. When I get home, it’s no basketball talk.
“She don’t like basketball, but she goes to every game.
“I mean, she likes it now, but she didn’t like it, which is good for me. I really like that.”

Her father Matjaz graduated from the University of Ljubljana, while her mother Maja Bec Goltes is majoring in law.
5-foot-10 Goltes competed professionally in dance for more than ten years after growing up as a dancer.
In an online Q&A, she stated that she now devotes her time to becoming a “model, entrepreneur, influencer, and student.”
Anamarie has a contract with Slovenia’s Immortal Model Management.

“I fell in love with movement and being active at a very young age,” Her website provided an explanation.
“Growing up I always enjoyed going to the gym and working out, and now I love motivating people to put their health first and teach them that working out can be fun too.”
According to Anamarie, the pair fell in love while visiting Croatia.
