LSU Athletes, Olivia Dunne And Angel Reese Rocked The SI Photoshoot And Now Are On ‘Sports Illustrated’ Covered
2023 has been a significant year for LSU athletes Angel Reese and Olivia Dunne. Since the introduction of the NI) laws governing collegiate athletics and monetization, the duo, along with a number of their fellow Tigers players, have been hard at work developing their brands.
Reese, a senior transfer from the University of Maryland, assisted the Tigers women’s basketball team in winning the first-ever National Championship trophy in the spring and was named the Final Four’s Most Outstanding Player in the process.
Dunne, the highest-paid female athlete in the nation and the second-highest-paid college athlete behind Bronny James, the son of NBA legend LeBron James, has experienced significant success this year as well. The gymnast established The Livvy Fund, a program designed to aid other LSU female student-athletes in locating brand partnerships and profiting from their identities, in an effort to share the income and her accomplishment with other female athletes.
