Los Angeles Chargers’ Justin Herbert Fantasy: QB NFL Data & Stats Speculations 2022

Player Outlook

Justin Herbert had his best season to date in the NFL last year. The sixth overall pick in the 2020 draft is slowly starting to show why the chargers have placed so much trust in him. He was among the best fantasy quarterbacks last year and there is no reason why he can not replicate the same form this year as well. The chargers have a standout offensive line and, with the likes of Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, and Austin Ekeler alongside him, Herbert has all the tools needed to shine yet again.

Herbert has just one more year left on his contract and will be looking to make a solid impression so as to command a heft fee when it is time to extend his contract. This season there are high expectations as everyone expects the Chargers to at least tighten the race for the AFC West crown if not win it outright. Before the season has even started, Herbert is one of the front runners for MVP candidates this year.

Justin Herbert’s fantasy data

Bye Week: 8

Fantasy PPR Ranking: 30.2

Fantasy Points: 339.19

The Chargers have an extremely stacked offensive roster. Herbert is being dubbed the next big thing in football and it is clear to see why. However, dealing with expectations is not something everyone is capable of, at this point in time though, it looks as though he is well equipped to handle all the attention that is coming his way. This will be Herbert’s third season with the team and second with the same offense, therefore, naturally, the chemistry between all involved should be a lot better.
