The LIV Golf League players that will be able to play at Augusta National are essentially set with two weeks till the Masters.
LIV Golf: List Of LIV Players In The 2023 Masters
Late last year, Augusta National made the announcement that its present requirements for an invitation would stand regardless of which professional tour a player belonged to.
LIV players must rely on their past major championship status (lifetime for the Masters, within the last five years for the U.S. Open, PGA and PGA Tour Championships) as they haven’t been able to qualify for the Masters through categories like winning on the PGA Tour (since last June), ranking in the top-30 of the 2022 FedEx Cup points list, or rising into the top-50 of the World Golf Ranking.
Pat Perez, Charles Howell III, and Peter Uihlein all deserve to be playing in The Masters.

After this week, Augusta will extend an invitation to any player ranked in the top 50 in the world. Dean Burmester, at No. 74, and Cameron Tringale, at No. 87, are the closest Two players to No. 50 who are not competing in the Masters.
The latter is what irritates Greg Norman, CEO of LIV Golf. Just the major championship, the DP World Tour (due to a court order), and a few Asian tour events have been permitted to award points to LIV golf tournaments since the World Golf Ranking board has not yet decided if they will.

To qualify for the LIV golf Masters, you have just one more week to get into the top 50 in the world. A golfer who wins on the PGA Tour will advance to Augusta through the Valero Texas Open the following week.
This week’s PGA Tour events take place in the Dominican Republic, Austin, Texas, for the Dell Technologies Match Play, and South Africa for the DP World Tour.
Charles Howell III is LIV Golf's hottest player but will not be in next month's Masters. @alexmiceli wonders if that's fair in his weekly "What I Learned": https://t.co/PVhMzaQPBn pic.twitter.com/FJyvUppZlx
